Army Suicide Rate

Have we defeated the enemy, or just ourselves? Paul Rieckhoff told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Feb 12, “In January, we lost approximately 24 soldiers in the Army to suicide. That’s more folks than we lost in combat”.
Can they go home now?
